WHY EARLY IS BETTER THAN PERFECT Most people delay flagging a problem because they don't have a solution yet, as if raising an issue without a fix attached is somehow incomplete. It isn't. A problem raised on day one, with no solution, is more useful than the same problem raised on day seven with an apology. The reason is simple: early news leaves options open. If the team knows the supplier is late on day three, they can call a backup, adjust the plan, or manage the client's expectations. By day seven, most of those options have closed on their own. Flagging early does not mean panicking. It means one clear sentence: what's wrong, what it might affect, and what you need from the other person — even if that's just "I don't know yet, but I wanted you to know." Perguntas: 1. Why do people delay flagging a problem? 2. What options does early news protect? 3. What should a good early flag include, even without a solution?

Falar
