Módulo 1Listening

Perceber o que o cliente quer

Ouvir

Velocidade

Ler

WHEN THE REQUEST CHANGES MID-CALL Agent: So, the rebrand — logo, website, everything? Client: Actually, the priority now is just the website. The logo can wait. Agent: OK. And the partner meeting on the fifteenth — what do you need for that? Client: Something I can show, even if it's not finished. I know that's not what we agreed originally. Agent: That's fine. Can I just check one thing before we go ahead — when you say "something I can show", do you mean a working page, or a design mock-up? Client: A mock-up is enough, honestly. Perguntas: 1. What changed since the original agreement? 2. Why does the agent ask about "a working page" versus "a mock-up"? 3. What does the client actually need for the fifteenth?

Falar
